We also showed them the various other customization options available, for the window grid patterns, glass options, hardware, interior cladding and exterior cladding options. They went through and selected a window grid pattern, selected the safety glass option, white window hardware, and both a white interior and exterior cladding. To make the windows more interesting they requested to add transom windows above each of the 6 double hung windows that also had the same grid pattern. They loved the versatility with their styling of our windows.

They then addressed their concerns he energy efficiency of the windows. Our representative was happy to confirm that our Okna windows are one the most energy efficient windows on the market. The homeowners were very impressed with the quality, efficiency, and customization of our windows.

Contemporary Steel Doors

After being satisfied with our windows they were eager to learn about our ProVia doors. To start, the representatives showed the couple door samples and catalogs. Just when they thought picking between 11 different window styles was hard they were impressed to see that we offered over 200 different fiberglass and steel door styles and design options available for the Provia doors. However, it made it a bit easier since they had specific door styles in mind for their front entry and kitchen door. They elected exterior cladding in the colonial blue color and the interior cladding in a Honey Mustard door color. To top it off, they were happy to find that all of our ProVia doors were Energy Star certified too!

After the customizations were completed our representative measured each of the window and door opening and was able to give them a same day quote at not cost! The homeowners were very impressed. The quote was at a great price point for the value and they decided to finalize their order. Fast forward to a couple weeks later and our team was able to install all of the doors and windows in just 2 days.
