Window consultation and customizations

During their consultation they expressed a strong interest in getting black windows so our window specialist brought our detailed catalogs, black color options, and real window samples so that the clients could get a firsthand look at the quality. The specialist discussed all of the window styles and customization options available for our replacement windows. Not only were there numerous customizations available but we also offered both black vinyl windows and black composite window options. They selected the Nichols black window color option and additionally decided to go with a black window frame and capping instead of the traditional white trim color option. Our representative also presented the option for them to choose a separate interior cladding for the window. They decided to customize the interior side of the window in a white color with white hardware to keep their interior bright and match their interior design. 

Once their window customizations were finalized our window technician took measurements of all 16 window openings. Their order consisted of 13 black double hung windows, 1 black 2-lite slider window, 1 black 3-lite slider window, and a black bay window. While walking around the home the customer realized that they would also be interested in getting a black sliding glass door from Okna to keep the design consistent. We were able to bundle the sliding glass door with their order and provide them with a slight discount and a same day quote for their project. Our clients thought the price was right for the value of our products and the lifetime warranty so they signed a contract and we submitted their order.

Order and window installation

After a few weeks the windows were manufactured and ready to be professionally installed. We made sure to keep our client updated throughout the entire process and worked to schedule a flexible installation date.
