The Aspen Home Improvements Showroom is one of a kind. In 1990, we took St. Peters Church, a piece of Lancaster history and transitioned it into the new home for our home improvement company. Since then, we have proudly served the Lancaster County PA area and expanded our home improvement services all throughout the rest of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.

Our Story
Aspen Home Improvements was born in 1992 on the philosophy of PERFECTION. Fast-forward to today, we are proud to say that we continue to stand by every product we sell and every employee who is part of the Aspen family. Our belief has always been that if you find the right employees, they will take care of your customers. At Aspen, we put our customers first, treating them with respect, caring for their homes as if they were our own, and providing the best possible service.
Over the years, our team has remained dedicated and passionate about our mission. Many of our staff have been with us since day one, and every member of our team shares our commitment to excellence. We have incredible people at Aspen who do superb work—not only because they have great talent, but because they genuinely care. Thanks to our collective efforts, Aspen is now in the top 1% of home improvement companies in America, with half of our business coming from customer referrals. Our services include window replacement, door replacement, siding replacement, and roof replacement.
We are excited to share that Aspen Home Improvements has moved into a new building, marking another milestone in our journey. This move allows us to continue expanding our services while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Even after 25 years, we remain actively involved in all aspects of the business across Pennsylvania and beyond. Our children, Daniel and Laura, both graduated from Penn State and later joined the Aspen team—Daniel in 2014 and Laura in 2016. Daniel now serves as our Chief Financial Officer, while Laura leads our Marketing and PR efforts. It was a proud moment for Belinda and me to see them become part of the business we built.

Wonderful people to work with! In order to replace the door, they had to remove the original woodwork, but once it was in they put it back up so well that we can't see a difference.
