In light of the news surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I’d like to communicate what Aspen is doing at this time.
What we’re doing:
Aspen Home Improvements is actively monitoring the news regarding COVID-19 and updates from the CDC. We are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our team members, while also serving the needs of our customers. At this time, we plan to remain open while taking common-sense safety measures and following CDC recommendations. Our policy has been communicated to our team asking them not to come to work if exhibiting any symptoms or a fever, or if they have been exposed to someone with those symptoms.
Our installers will continue to treat your home with the care, cleanliness, and respect you’ve come to expect from Aspen Home Improvements. In the event we experience scheduling changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we appreciate your patience in working with us. We will do our very best to communicate as much as possible as the situation evolves.
What we ask of you:
If you or someone else in your home has been diagnosed or is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you let our team know so that we can take preventative measures and reschedule your installation for a later time.
