A personal note from the owners of Aspen Home Improvements
Belinda and I moved to Lancaster County nearly 30 years ago (1990) from England with our two young children, Daniel 5 and Laura 3.
I had been involved in the construction and home improvement business in the UK for 15 years and Belinda worked in Commercial Visual Display, but we both decided it was time for a change in life and moved our family to America.
I started working for a local home improvement company that targeted people looking for “home improvement near me” services and found very quickly that they were doing the quality of work I disagreed with. This is when I made the decision if I was going to be involved in the home improvement field, succeed or fail it was going to be down to us and no one else.
Aspen Home Improvements was born in 1992 on the philosophy of PERFECTION.
Fast-forward to today, I can proudly say that we stand by every product we sell as well as every employee that works for Aspen. Our philosophy has also been if you find the right employees, they will take care of your customers. I am proud to say at Aspen we put our customers first, as we treat every customer with respect, treat their homes as our own and give the best possible service.
Some of our staff has been here from the day we started, and everyone working for us care just as much as we do. We have great people at Aspen who do a superb job because they have great talent and most importantly they care.
Through all of our hard work Aspen is now in the top 1% of Home Improvement companies in America today, with half of its business coming from customers who have recommended us to family and friends. Our services include: windows installation, windows repair, door installation, door repair, siding installation, siding repair, roof installation and roof repair.
After 25 years we will still be keeping an eye on all aspects of the business from PA to Florida and we will be involved within all aspects of the company.
Our children have now both graduated from Penn State and took time away from the company to experience other job prospects.
Daniel became an asset manager for Tate Towers in Lititz P.A. for 5 years and Laura started her own Digital Marketing Company which she still runs today.
Belinda and I are pleased to say both children; 3 years ago joined the Aspen Team. Daniel after more schooling became the Chief Financial Officer and Laura became our Marketing and PR manager.
What a proud moment that was for Belinda and I.
